Dosas are crispy golden crepes, deliciously served with a masala of potato and onion; vadas are deep-fried savory doughnuts; and idlis, the South's staple food with an Oriental past are pure-white saucer-shaped steamed cakes.
But we suggest you don’t stop with Tiffin. We also serve all things uniquely Tamil Nadu – spice-laden indulgences to all things sweet and healthy- tangy sambhar and rasam, Chettinad Chicken, Meen Kuzhambu (Fish gravy), Karaikudi’s Kola Urundai, Arcot Biryani and more.
